With a background spanning industries such as Maintenance, Distribution, Aviation, Bio Sciences, and Pharmaceuticals, Carl specializes in guiding organizations through the technology complexities of mergers and acquisitions.


​Carl has successfully managed large-scale initiatives, including a 13,000-PC operating system refresh, 1,200 Red Hat Enterprise Linux v8 server upgrades, global endpoint security deployments, and SAP modernization programs. His expertise lies in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration with vendors and stakeholders, and delivering seamless IT transitions that protect business continuity during mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity.

My story: I am a U.S. Navy Submarine Veteran and have experienced the world's vast oceans as few can envision.
My New Mission. I wanted to experience the Joy, Challenges, and Deliberate Commitment required to fly “my own” plane.

I purchased “Jenny” a 1974 Grumman Traveler, her grace and forgivingness made Jenny the perfect companion for My New Mission.

I started flight school and was sometimes overwhelmed by the information I needed to retain and call upon to complete My New Mission.


As a student pilot, Jenny and I welcomed the adrenaline that came as I negotiated with Mother Nature during my inconsistent takeoffs and landings.

I refuse to chastise the elements of wind, snow, rain, or hail when they did not grant me favor and delayed My New Mission.

As time progressed, my knowledge, confidence, and skills increased.

Jenny and I were able to embrace the seductive scenery and of course, the solitude of the clouds as I piloted her among the stars.


Yes, I have experienced the Joy, Challenges, and Deliberate Commitment required to fly “my own” plane.
